Terms of Service

By accessing or using the PredictX platform (the “Platform”), website at predictx.io, or any related mobile applications or services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before proceeding.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Services. PredictX Ltd. (“PredictX”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Services after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use the Services, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).
• Reside in a jurisdiction where sports prediction markets and real-money wagering are legal and permitted.
• Not be a resident of a Restricted Territory, including but not limited to the United States (certain states), Afghanistan, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and Sudan.
• Not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of PredictX, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• Have a valid bank account, cryptocurrency wallet, or other payment method in your own name.
• Not be subject to any self-exclusion programme or similar restriction.

PredictX reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts that fail verification or are found to be in breach of eligibility requirements. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws applicable to your use of the Services.

You must create an account to access most features of the Platform. By registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
• Maintain only one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of any balances.
• Keep your password and login credentials confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify us immediately at security@predictx.io if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account credentials.

Identity Verification (KYC)

We are required by applicable law and our licensing obligations to verify the identity of our users. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and/or source of funds documentation. Failure to complete verification within the stipulated timeframe may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or platform access.

Cryptocurrency Wallets

You may connect a Web3 wallet (e.g., MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet) to authenticate and fund your account. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys. PredictX will never ask for your seed phrase or private key.

Deposits

You may fund your account via approved payment methods including USDC, ETH, and other accepted cryptocurrencies, as well as bank transfer and approved payment cards where available. The minimum deposit amount is $10.00 USD (or equivalent). Cryptocurrency deposits are typically credited after sufficient network confirmations (usually 3–6 confirmations).

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 business days. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is $20.00 USD. Withdrawals are subject to:

• Completion of KYC verification to the required level.
• At least one successful deposit from the same payment method.
• Any applicable wagering requirements on promotional bonuses.
• Anti-money laundering screening and compliance checks.

Fees

PredictX charges a 2.5% platform fee on market winnings. This fee is automatically deducted at the time of payout. Deposits are generally fee-free, though your payment provider or blockchain network may charge their own transaction fees, for which we are not responsible.

PredictX operates prediction markets where users stake funds on the outcomes of real-world sporting events. The following rules apply to all market participation:

Market Participation

• Minimum stake per prediction: $1.00 USD.
• Maximum stake per prediction: determined by the individual market's liquidity cap, displayed on each market page.
• Once a bet is confirmed and submitted, it cannot be cancelled or amended.
• All bets are final at the time of market close. Late entries after market close are void.

Market Resolution

Markets are resolved based on official results from recognised governing bodies (e.g., FIFA, UEFA). PredictX uses Chainlink VRF and verified data feeds to ensure transparent, tamper-proof outcomes. Payouts are distributed to winning positions within 30 minutes of market resolution.

Void Markets

A market may be declared void and all stakes refunded in the event of: match abandonment or postponement beyond 48 hours, force majeure events, or data feed failure preventing verifiable resolution. PredictX's decision on void markets is final.

Suspicious Activity

PredictX reserves the right to void bets, withhold winnings, or suspend accounts if we reasonably suspect market manipulation, collusion, use of bots or automated scripts, or exploitation of platform errors or vulnerabilities.

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities on or in connection with the Platform:

• Using the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Opening multiple accounts or permitting third parties to use your account.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to access or interact with the Platform without prior written consent.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities, and failing to report them to our team.
• Engaging in any form of market manipulation, including coordinated betting strategies across multiple accounts.
• Laundering money or using the Platform to process proceeds of crime.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another person.
• Using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards PredictX staff or other users.

Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of account balances, and potential legal action. We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies in the investigation of illegal activities.

All content, features, and functionality available through the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, data compilations, software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, are the exclusive property of PredictX Ltd. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works of any Platform content.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Services on any other website or application.
• Use any Platform content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

The PredictX name, logo, and all related marks are registered trademarks of PredictX Ltd. Any unauthorised use of our trademarks is strictly prohibited.

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PredictX disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PredictX and its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 90 days preceding the claim.

PredictX reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete required identity verification.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activity.
• Regulatory or legal requirements compelling such action.
• Extended account inactivity (accounts inactive for more than 24 months).

Upon termination for cause, we may withhold account balances pending investigation. You may request account closure at any time by contacting support@predictx.io. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of voluntary closure will be refunded to your verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to completed KYC and no outstanding compliance holds.

Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including liability limitations, intellectual property, and dispute resolution) shall continue to apply after termination.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless applicable law in your jurisdiction mandates otherwise.

Arbitration

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute with PredictX through good-faith negotiation by contacting legal@predictx.io. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may submit the matter to binding arbitration administered by the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA).

Regulatory Complaints

If you have a complaint regarding the Services that we have been unable to resolve to your satisfaction, you may escalate it to our licensing authority. Details are available in our Complaints Procedure, accessible in your account settings.
